En realidad, la palabra cof\u00e1n es un t\u00e9rmino occidental que no tiene significado en su idioma.<\/p>\n<p>Es un pueblo transfronterizo con presencia binacional en Colombia y Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p>Su territorio es discont\u00ednuo, compuesto por diversas \u00e1reas, y gran parte del mismo se encuentra dentro de las \u00c1reas Protegidas: Cayambe Coca, Cof\u00e1n Bermejo y Cuyabeno.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.22.5&#8243;
