SUKAWALA \u2013 Organizaci\u00f3n Nacional Mayagna:<\/strong> fundada en 1972, representa a 61 comunidades ind\u00edgenas Mayangna de las Regiones Aut\u00f3nomas del Atl\u00e1ntico Norte, Sur y r\u00edos de Bocay en el departamento de Jinotega. Con el lema de cultivar la identidad y cosechar la Autonom\u00eda Mayangna, tiene la misi\u00f3n de fortalecer la organizaci\u00f3n, con la efectiva participaci\u00f3n de las asociaciones territoriales y promover alternativas de desarrollo comunitarios.<\/p>\n

YATAMA (Yapti Tasba Masraka Nanih Asla Takanka \u2013 Organizaci\u00f3n de los Pueblos de la Madre Tierra):<\/strong> se origin\u00f3 en 1986 en el municipio Miskitu de Waspam, y durante la guerra civil tuvo tres movimientos armados: MISURA, MISURASATA y KISAN. Es un movimiento pluri\u00e9tnico por los derechos ancestrales, con la finalidad de contribuir a la reconstrucci\u00f3n del pensamiento y el \u201cbuen vivir\u201d de sus pueblos y comunidades en la Moskitia Nicarag\u00fcense y el Abya Yala.<\/p>\n

Consejo de Ancianos de la Naci\u00f3n Comunitaria Moskitia:<\/strong> es una instituci\u00f3n tradicional integrada por 3 ancianos o venerables, que ejercen la representaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas de gobierno interno, y son gu\u00edas espirituales. El Consejo est\u00e1 constituido por la Asamblea General de los Almuk Nani de la Regi\u00f3n, un Consejo Territorioal con 11 miembros, y un Consejo Ejecutivo. Tiene como objetivo guiar a las comunidades a la propiedad territorial y al uso racional de los recursos naturales, defender la identidad, profundizar la autonom\u00eda regional, y consolidar el derecho consuetudinario en el sistema jur\u00eddico administrativo.<\/p>\n

Red de Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas del Pac\u00ecfico y Centro-Norte de Nicaragua:<\/strong> re\u00fane a m\u00e1s de 330.000 ind\u00edgenas Chorotega, Nahoa, Xiu y Cacaopera, de los departamentos de Rivas, Masaya, Le\u00f3n, Chinandega, Jinotega, Matagalpa, Nueva Segovia y Madriz. Es la m\u00e1xima autoridad de decisi\u00f3n y articulaci\u00f3n de la unidad de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas del pac\u00edfico, centro y norte de Nicaragua. Su misi\u00f3n es reivindicar los derechos humanos y colectivos, a la medicina tradicional, a la salud, la educaci\u00f3n y la cultura \u201ccon equidad, integralidad, sostenibilidad, solidaridad y con participaci\u00f3n y consentimiento\u201d de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n
