Universidad de las Regiones Aut\u00f3nomas de la Costa Caribe Nicarag\u00fcense \u2013 URACCAN:<\/strong> universidad p\u00fablica orientada a las especificidades de la Costa Caribe Nicarag\u00fcense, aprobada por el Consejo Nacional de Universidades en 1992. Es ratificada por los Consejos Regionales Aut\u00f3nomos como Universidad Comunitaria, patrimonio de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y comunidades \u00e9tnicas en el marco del Estatuto de Autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Su misi\u00f3n es la formaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos con conocimientos y capacidades cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnicas, actitudes human\u00edsticas, sentido del emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n que contribuyan a fortalecer el sistema aut\u00f3nomo regional. Su visi\u00f3n institucional incluye la promoci\u00f3n de una ciudadan\u00eda intercultural.<\/p>\n

Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Aplicada y Promoci\u00f3n del Desarrollo Local \u2013 NITLAPAN:<\/strong> instituto especializado en la investigaci\u00f3n, creaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de nuevos modelos de desarrollo local rural y urbano, que presta servicios financieros y no financieros a los micros, los peque\u00f1os y los medianos empresarios del campo y la ciudad. Es parte de la Universidad Centroamericana, asociada a la Red Jesuita de Obras Sociales y dedicado a la innovaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica, empresarial y legal, formaci\u00f3n de capital humano y la incidencia en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para promover el desarrollo rural, articulado con el sector urbano.<\/p>\n

CADPI – Centro para la Autonom\u00eda y Desarrollo de los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas:<\/strong> organizaci\u00f3n social dedicada a la investigaci\u00f3n y estudio de temas relacionados con los pueblos ind\u00edgenas de Nicaragua, regionales a nivel de Centro Am\u00e9rica y el Caribe. Tiene como misi\u00f3n el desarrollo de procesos de investigaci\u00f3n relacionados con los derechos individuales y colectivos; y la promoci\u00f3n de la reflexi\u00f3n en torno a la Autonom\u00eda en las Regiones Aut\u00f3nomas de la Costa Caribe Nicaraguense como forma de contribuir a la definici\u00f3n de las politicas p\u00fablicas y al mejoramiento de capacidades institucionales.<\/p>\n
