qu\u00ed<\/a>)<\/strong>, define a las Comunidades Nativas como conjuntos de familias vinculadas por su idioma, caracteres culturales y sociales, tenencia y usufructo com\u00fan y permanente de un mismo territorio, con asentamiento nucleado o disperso; y que tienen origen en los grupos tribales de la Selva y Ceja de Selva (Art. 8). Establece que:
♦ El Estado les otorgar\u00e1 t\u00edtulos de propiedad (Art. 10).

Que las comunidades nativas localizadas al interior de los Parques Nacionales, podr\u00e1n permanecer en ellas, pero sin t\u00edtulos de propiedad (Art. 18).<\/p>\n
Procedimiento de Titulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>
