Estos dos aspectos se consideran negativos en el sentido de que los Partidos y Municipios no son instituciones ind\u00edgenas, por lo que no responden a los usos y costumbres ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, esta v\u00eda es la m\u00e1s desarrollada y ha sido recientemente establecida en Ecuador por medio de la figura de <strong>Circunscripciones Territoriales Ind\u00edgenas (CTIs)<\/strong> y en Bolivia mediante la figura de <strong>Autonom\u00eda Ind\u00edgena Originaria Campesina (AIOC).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Algunos Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas la consideran un camino para la posterior construcci\u00f3n de sus propias formas de democracia y gobierno.
