Gesti\u00f3n es la capacidad de decidir y ejecutar el manejo de algo propio. La Gesti\u00f3n Territorial Ind\u00edgena es el proceso por el que las organizaciones ind\u00edgenas due\u00f1as de un territorio lo gestionan de forma participativa y en consenso entre las diversas comunidades, ejecutando sus decisiones con el fin de mejorar su nivel y calidad de vida de acuerdo a sus valores culturales.<\/p>\n

1. Organizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> se refiere al sistema organizativo dentro del territorio.
2. Educaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> tanto formal como tradicional.
3. Salud:<\/strong> incluyendo el Sistema de Salud Tradicional de cada pueblo, como el Sistema Formal de Salud (Hospitales, Centros y Salas de Atenci\u00f3n) y la aplicaci\u00f3n del enfoque de interculturalidad al interior del mismo.
4. Econom\u00eda:<\/strong> se puede gestionar la mejora de los ingresos familiares, comunitarios y del territorio.
5. Producci\u00f3n:<\/strong> se gestionan actividades productivas (agr\u00edcolas, ganaderas, otras) que pueden ser realizadas por las familias o por asociaciones productivas.
6. Recursos Naturales:<\/strong> en esta l\u00ednea, se considera el manejo y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales existentes dentro del territorio.
7. Control territorial:<\/strong> se refiere al manejo y consolidaci\u00f3n del espacio territorial.
8. Servicios b\u00e1sicos:<\/strong> acceso a agua potable sistemas de disposici\u00f3n de excretas o alcantarillado, energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, transporte y comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Cada gobierno ind\u00edgena establece en sus Estatutos los niveles de Gesti\u00f3n, que pueden ser el nivel familiar y el comunal, el zonal o intercomunal y el del territorio en su totalidad.<\/p>\n

Herramientas de Gesti\u00f3n<\/strong>
Para llevar adelante la Gesti\u00f3n Territorial, la CIDOB (Confederaci\u00f3n de Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas de Bolivia) identifica las siguientes herramientas:
Planes Anuales:<\/strong> recogen las actividades previstas a corto plazo para cada l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n (educaci\u00f3n, salud, recursos naturales, etc.). La ejecuci\u00f3n de estos planes se programa con metas concretas a alcanzar durante el a\u00f1o.
Reglamentos:<\/strong> son instrumentos para regular la gesti\u00f3n del territorio ind\u00edgena que contienen las normas y forman parte del Estatuto.
Sistema administrativo:<\/strong> implica establecer y poner en funcionamiento un sistema de administraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del territorio, que fije los mecanismos para generar ingresos propios para el funcionamiento de la organizaci\u00f3n, y que facilite la transparencia en el manejo de los recursos.
Capacitaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> la capacitaci\u00f3n de los hombres y mujeres permite fortalecer y mejorar capacidades, en los temas que la comunidad demanda, y que son importantes para la Gesti\u00f3n Territorial .
Relacionamiento:<\/strong> la promoci\u00f3n de las relaciones con organizaciones e instituciones gubernamentales (municipios, prefecturas, ministerios) y no gubernamentales (ONGs, cooperaci\u00f3n internacional) para coordinar proyectos conjuntos.<\/p>\n
